Actually, no amount of words can ever explain the grandness and enormity of Olaf's work. Not just his work, but his absolutely "altruistic" support for the same. The above licenses info, actually, are specific to the "cairo_sqlite.dll" present (as of 01-March-2023) in Olaf's ) "RC6BaseDlls.zip" file provided by Olaf as a free download in his https://vbrichclient.com/#/en/Downloads.htm page. I believe the same holds good for the 'cairo_sqlite.dll' present in the aforesaid 'RC6BaseDlls.zip' as of 24-April-2025 too.

Apart from "cairo_sqlite.dll", the Microsoft redistributable file 'WebView2Loader.dll' is also present in the abovementioned Olaf's "RC6BaseDlls.zip" file. The license info for this particular version (1.0.1462.37) of 'WebView2Loader.dll' present (as of 01-March-2023) in Olaf's "RC6BaseDlls.zip" can be read here - https://www.nuget.org/packages/Microsoft.Web.WebView2/1.0.1462.37/License.
