Always attend to your duties with a pleasant and smiling face. There is no use putting a ‘castor oil face’. “Happiness is union with God.” That is real Divinity. When you are confronted with difficult situations, do not get upset constantly worrying, “Oh! How do I cross this situation?” For example, young people are often confronted with “marriage worry”. Such worry will worsen the situation. Repose your faith in God. Think that it’s not marriage, but ‘my raise’, an opportunity for your betterment! If you develop such an attitude, your life will be sanctified. Whoever does namasmarana, whatever be the name one takes and wherever one is, one’s life will be sanctified. He will be free from sin! You needn’t be too much concerned with tune and rhythm. There is only one raga, that’s Hridayaraga (Tune arising from one’s own heart). That is ‘Soham’. Let your life be tuned to this raga of ‘Soham’. Then, whatever activity you undertake, it becomes a success!( Divine Discourse, Nov 13,2007)  

எப்பொழுதும் இன்முகத்துடன் புன்முறுவலோடு உங்கள் கடமைகளில் ஈடுபடுங்கள். ‘விளக்கெண்ணெய் முகத்தை’ வைத்துக்கொள்வதால் எந்தப் பயனும் இல்லை. "ஆனந்தம் என்பது ஆண்டவனுடன் இணைவதில் தான் இருக்கிறது". அதுவே உண்மையான தெய்வீகம். நீங்கள் கஷ்டமான சந்தர்ப்பங்களை எதிர்கொள்ளும்போது, "ஓ! இந்த நிலைமையை எவ்வாறு சமாளிக்கப் போகிறேன்?" என்று இடையறாது கவலைப்பட்டுக்கொண்டு மனம் கலங்காதீர்கள். உதாரணமாக, இளைஞர்கள், ‘Marriage worry’ அதாவது திருமணத்தைப் பற்றிய கவலையை அடிக்கடி எதிர்கொள்ள வேண்டியுள்ளது. இப்படிப்பட்ட கவலை நிலைமையை மேலும் மோசமாக்கி விடும். இறைவன் மீது உங்கள் நம்பிக்கையை உறுதிபடுத்திக் கொள்ளுங்கள். அது ‘Marriage’ (திருமணம்) அல்ல, “My raise” அதாவது உங்களுடைய உயர்வுக்கான ஒரு வாய்ப்பு என்று எண்ணுங்கள். இப்படிப்பட்ட மனப்பாங்கை நீங்கள் வளர்த்துக் கொண்டால், உங்களுடைய வாழ்க்கை புனிதமடைந்து விடும். நாமஸ்மரணை செய்பவர் யாராக இருந்தாலும், ஒருவர் ஸ்மரணை செய்யும் திருநாமம் எதுவாக இருந்தாலும், அவர் எங்கிருந்தாலும், அவரது வாழ்க்கை புனிதமடைந்து விடும். அவர் பாவத்திலிருந்து விடுபட்டு விடுவார்! நீங்கள் ராக தாளத்தைப் பற்றி அதிகமாக கவலைப்படத் தேவையில்லை. இருப்பது ஒரே ஒரு ராகம், அதுவே ஹ்ருதயராகம் (ஒருவருடைய இதயத்திலிருந்து எழும் ராகம்). அதுவே ‘ஸோஹம்’. இந்த ‘ஸோஹம்’ எனும் ராகத்தில் உங்கள் வாழ்க்கை அமையட்டும். பிறகு, நீங்கள் எந்தச் செயலைச் செய்தாலும் அது வெற்றி பெறும்!
