The converted HTML document does show Tamil characters but they are not in
any decipherable form. What to do?
We will be surprised if this does happen. In such rare cases, from your browser menu, click
on 'View->Encoding' and choose the appropriate encoding like 'Unicode (UTF-8)' or
'Unicode (UTF-16)', as the case may be.
